Grading Policy


BAMI’s grading services are built on trust, transparency, and dedication to delivering a secure and professional experience for collectors. By submitting your cards for grading, you agree to all the terms outlined below and on our official platforms.


Section 1: Invoice Terms and Payment Obligations

Once a grading batch is completed and arrives at BAMI HQ, the customer will have 7 working days to settle the issued invoice.

Failure to pay within this period grants BAMI the right to revoke the invoice and consider the graded cards as BAMI property. No claims shall be entertained after the due period has passed.


Section 2: Invoice Breakdown

Shipping Charges
Community Tier: Inbound (grader to BAMI) + Outbound (BAMI to grader) shared equally among all batch participants. Your charge = (Total shipping ÷ number of your cards).
Express Tier: Full shipping cost is applied to the individual based on card count.

Customs Fees
Calculated as per ZATCA regulations (currently 5%).
Community Tier: Shared by total batch value divided by card count.
Express Tier: Full customs based on your card's grading value.

VAT. Community Tier: Customs fees are calculated based on the total value of the community batch and then proportionally divided by the number of cards submitted per customer. Express Tier: Full customs fees are calculated directly based on the declared grading value of each submitted card and are charged individually per submission.

US Tariffs (if applicable)
Any U.S. import tariffs as instructed by grading partners (PSA, Beckett, CGC) will be included.
Community Tier: Shared proportionally by batch.
Express Tier: Full tariff per card.

BAMI Margin
Starts from $1 per card, varies by submission quantity and card value.
The higher the quantity, the lower the margin and shipping.
Excludes official grading company fees.


Section 3: Submission Commitment & Withdrawal

Once received at BAMI, no cancellation or withdrawal is allowed.
Any withdrawal requests must be submitted within 72 working hours, approved by the Grading Manager, and removed from the system entirely.
A resubmission must include new approval and updated images.


Section 4: Packaging & Receiving

Cards must arrive in protective sleeves (penny sleeve + top loader/card saver).
Submissions without proper protection or arriving damaged will not be BAMI’s responsibility.
If protection is missing or damaged, the customer will be offered the option to add protection materials to the invoice or return the items with shipping costs covered by the customer.
Damaged or tampered shipments from outside Riyadh/ or inside riyadh drop off,delivery will be rejected immediately.


Section 5: Grading Status & Communication

To track your submission, login to your profile > BAMI Account > Grading Submission.
For updates, support, or inquiries, submit a support ticket with submission ID under the "Grading" category.
Response time is 24–72 working hours. Missing info in tickets may lead to delays up to 7 days.


Section 6: Grade Reveal Policy

BAMI will not reveal grades digitally.
If grading is completed at the grading company, BAMI may upload a slab image without the grade or cert number to your profile. Full reveal will only be at physical pickup or delivery.


Section 7: Periodic Submission Scheduling

BAMI follows a strict grading calendar for submissions.
Submission period is 1–20 days (announced in advance).
Post-submission, sorting, data entry, and invoice generation internally require 2–7 working days. Late arrivals to BAMI HQ are moved to the next grading batch.


Section 8: Grading Company Turnaround Times

CGC & Beckett Community Tier: 25–45+ working days
PSA Community Tier: 45–60+ working days
CGC, Beckett Express Tier: 20–30+ working days
PSA Express Tier: 20–30+ working days
Starts once grader received the cards
Dates at tracking links provided via customer portal


Section 9: Annexes

Annex A: Grading Company Fees Fees differ based on Selected Tier (Community or Express) and Card Current Market value (based on live market pricing).

Annex B: CGC, PSA, and Beckett Terms By choosing CGC, PSA, or Beckett, you agree to their official terms available on their respective websites. Fees are calculated by declared value and selected service tier. BAMI secures shipping to each grading company with standard protection protocols. Neither CGC, PSA, nor Beckett is responsible for shipping damages, delays, or losses caused by courier services.

Annex C: Insurance Coverage BAMI pays for insurance coverage to the grading company on behalf of each customer, based on the selected service tier and declared current market value of the submitted card(s). In the case of confirmed loss or theft during the grading or shipping process from graders end, compensation will be issued by the grading company to BAMI, which will then be transferred to the customer accordingly. Annex D: All Cards submissions per customer are serialized & stored in a climate controlled area at BAMI warehouses
