Horrible customer service i have asked multiple times when are preorders starting for op15 or even what the WhatsApp group is for bami with no reply very unprofessional

Amazing place, I went to treat myself to a booster box and was met with immediate hospitality, The employees gave me some free league cards as a gift and I’m so thankful for the great experience. I recommended BAMI for anyone interested in TCG 👍
The WORST experience ever. I ordered a Pokemon booster box and I waited and followed up with them, they told me that my order was FULLY PACKED ready to be shipped but the shipping company didn’t collect my order in the beginning then after 14 days they refunded me. No idea if the product was unavailable or they refunded me because it took too long.
One of the few places where you can secure latest TCG releases. Great customer support online as well. Highly recommended.

Got 2 boxes of Japanese 151 from this place. The website was advertising as 30 packs coming in each box. When i opened the box at home I found out that there were actually only 20 packs. I contacted the support team and after nearly one month they offered a 50SR discount on my next order.
They are blatantly lying on their website and provided no proper compensation, quite literally ****.
