Pre-Order and Backorder, Cut off Policy

1. Pre-Order Availability Pre-orders are available for select anime figures and trading card games only. Availability is subject to the manufacturer's release schedule.

2. Backorder Availability Backorders are available for select items that are temporarily out of stock. Availability is subject to restock schedules provided by our suppliers. Please note that some products may experience exceptionally high demand. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your backorder, we may issue the amount paid as BAMI Wallet credit, a Gift Card, Loyalty Points, or exchange the item for another product of your choice. We do not offer direct refunds to your original payment method.

3. Pre-Order Confirmation Upon placing a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your pre-order.

4. Backorder Confirmation Upon placing a backorder, you will receive an order confirmation email with details about the expected restock date.

5. Payment Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order or backorder to secure your item. Partial payments for pre-orders/backorder items are solely fulfilled for fully paid orders. Any partial payments for any item will be on hold and will not be delivered unless the full payment is completed by the customer. If the partial payment is not completed within 7 days of the launch date, the order will be canceled. We do not return the amount directly to your original payment method; instead, the amount will be converted into BAMI Wallet credit, a Gift Card, Loyalty Points, or exchanged for another item of your choice.

6. Cut-Off Dates

   • Pre-Orders: The cut-off date for placing a pre-order is 7 days before the estimated release date unless otherwise stated. After this date, pre-orders will close, and the product may only be available for regular purchase after its release.
   • Backorders: The cut-off date for placing a backorder is 14 days before the next restock date unless otherwise stated. After this date, no further backorders will be accepted until the item is back in stock.

7. Release and Restock Dates Expected release dates for pre-order items and restock dates for backorder items are provided on the product page. These dates are estimates and may change. BAMI will make every effort to notify customers of any significant changes to these dates.

8. Order Consolidation If you place multiple pre-orders or backorders with different release or restock dates, we may consolidate your orders into a single shipment to minimize shipping costs. No additional shipping fees will be charged for this consolidation.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

   • Trading Card Game (TCG) Pre-Orders: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is submitted and confirmed.
   • Regular Items (Non-TCG): Cancellations are only allowed if the order has not been confirmed due to stock allocation issues.
   • Backorders: Non-refundable once the order is placed unless the item cannot be restocked. If BAMI is unable to fulfill your backorder due to high demand or other reasons, we will issue the amount paid as BAMI Wallet credit, a Gift Card, Loyalty Points, or exchange it for another item of your choice. We do not offer direct refunds to your original payment method.

10. Pricing Changes Pre-order pricing may be affected by updates from manufacturers or global distributors. In certain cases, manufacturers or global distributors may advise us of pricing changes due to factors such as supply, rarity, or market conditions. BAMI reserves the right to adjust prices based on these updates, with any pricing changes taking effect one week or 7 working days prior to being reflected on BAMI Channels. Please note that BAMI does not offer refunds for price differences or discrepancies caused by these changes, as they are beyond our control and influenced by global market conditions and MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). However, we assure our customers that such occurrences are rare and we strive to provide the best possible prices at all times.

11. In-Stock Items with Pre-Orders/Backorders For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order/backorder items, we will hold the in-stock items until all pre-order or backorder items are available. Your order will then be shipped in a single shipment.

12. Product Quality BAMI ensures the authenticity and quality of all products, including pre-order and backorder items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

13. Shipping

    • Pre-Order Items: Will be shipped 4-7 days after the release date. Shipping options and fees will be determined at the time of shipment. Unless free shipping offers are available, you will be charged for shipping within the GCC and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Backorder Items: Usually take between 30-90 days to become available. We will contact customers once the items are in stock and dispatch them within 7 days of receiving the items.

14. Communication BAMI will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order or backorder via email, including any updates on release/restock dates or other relevant information.
