Single Trading Card Purchase Policy

Before You Buy: Review all card details carefully. No exchanges or returns allowed.

  • Exchange Policy: No exchanges allowed for single trading cards, whether graded or ungraded, sport or non-sport.
  • Return Policy: No returns accepted for single trading cards. All sales are final.
  • Product Details: All product listings include comprehensive details. Review them thoroughly before purchase.

Backorder Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Items listed as backorder or preorder cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to:

    • TCG Singles
    • TCG Card Sets
    • Boxes
    • TCG Card Cases
    • Preorder Items
    • Manga/Comics/Dagashi(Japanese Snacks)
    • Model kits with opened Box (Factory Sealing removed)
  • Product Categories: Backorders/preorders apply to:

    • Trading Card Games (TCGs)
    • Artifacts
    • Collectibles
    • Toys
    • Sets
    • Cases

General Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Contact: To start a return, email us at Info@bami.com.sa. Returns must be sent to: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, Almursalat, Abi Bakr Alsidiq 12462.

 

  • Process: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

  • Damage/Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Collectibles (graded/ungraded, with or without autographs)
    • TCG Singles, Sets, Boxes, Cases
    • Preorders and Backorders
    • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
    • Personal cosplay items (hats, wearable items)
    • Sale items and gift cards

Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

  • Exchanges: The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval.
