Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

1.1 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48hrs during BAMI official working times.  (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1.2 Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will be shipped 24-48hrs during BAMI official working times after the release date. The expected shipping date will be mentioned in the item description. Please note that these dates are subject to change.

Back-Orders: Back-order items usually take between 30-90 days to become available. We will contact customers once the items are in stock and dispatch them within 7 days of receiving the items. read more about Preorder & backorder policy

1.3 In-Transit
Once an order is placed and the item status is marked as "In-Transit," this means the item is on its way to our warehouses. This transit period may take between 7-15 days and will be added to the declared shipping/fulfillment period noted at checkout. In such cases, BAMI will contact you with updates.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

2.1 Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.

2.2 Delivery Estimates
Delivery time estimates will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard delivery usually takes 1-5 business days inside KSA, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

2.3 Pickup insore:
pickup order is marked as Ready for Pickup, you’ll receive:
    A Pickup Code for collection.
    Location link and store details.
For preorders items will be at receiving and arrival
For Inwarehouse items will be during working hours
Any order for pickup should be collected within 48hrs of pickup confirmation otherwise pickup appointment will be canceled

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

3.1 Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 business hours.

3.2 Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email. Visit our tracking page and enter your tracking number to view the status of your shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BAMI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages
BAMI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Shipping Options

6.1 International Shipping and GCC
We offer international shipping through FEDEX, DHL, and Aramex.

6.2 Shipping Within Saudi Arabia
For shipping within Saudi Arabia, we use Shipa, 3rd Mile, SMSA, and REDBOX.

6.3 Shipping Within Riyadh
For deliveries within Riyadh, we use BAMI Courier.
