BAMI Grading Policy
BAMI’s grading services prioritize transparency, accuracy, and care to ensure the best possible grading experience for our customers. By submitting your items for grading, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below and on our official website.
Annex 1: Care and Security

All submissions are handled with the utmost care and secure processes to protect your cards.

Secure packaging and tracking systems are employed to ensure safe transit.

Customer Responsibility:

Upon drop-off, items must be properly treated, packed, and handled to avoid damage. BAMI will not be responsible for damages or losses incurred due to improper packaging.

Annex 2: Fees and Refunds

Grading Fees:
-
All grading fees are non-refundable once your submission has been processed or upon signing this document.
- Important: No quote of grading issued without drop off completion

Invoicing:

All invoices will be consolidated into one for each submission and include service fees such as turnaround shipping and card grading fees.

Customs and duties will not be charged upfront; they will be invoiced separately upon the cards’ arrival as processed by the Saudi Arabia Customs Authority.

Annex 3: Personal Details and Imagery Requirements

Personal Details:

Ensure the accurate provision of personal details, including name, address, and email. Incorrect information may lead to delays or issues.

Imagery Requirements:

Only fresh imagery will be accepted.
-
Images must be straight from the top with no blur, light reflections, or flashy effects.

Annex 4: Declared Value and Customs Fees

Declared Value:

Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the value of items.

Customs Fees:
-
If you choose the "deliver to my address" or "pickup at BAMI Office" option, you will be required to pay customs fees upon the cards’ arrival.

Customs fees are based on the grading fees, not the actual card market value.

BAMI does not charge customs fees upfront; you will receive a customs invoice for these charges upon processing.

Annex 5: Processing Time and Notifications

Processing Time:

All grading submissions require 24-72 business hours for review and approval during BAMI’s operating hours.

Notifications:

Customers will receive email updates at every stage of their submission.

Rejections:
-
Submissions rejected three times will be revoked/canceled, and a moderation fee of 5% of the actual grading fee will be added to the invoice.

By selecting PSA as your grading option, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined by PSA, available on their official website

Fees and Declared Value:

PSA grading fees and shipping costs are determined by the declared value of each submitted item.

PSA reserves the right to adjust declared values and fees if discrepancies are identified.

Secure Shipping:

All submissions are shipped to PSA using secure packaging to minimize risks during transit.

Liability:

PSA is not responsible for losses or delays caused by courier services.

Annex 8: BECKETT Grading Policy & Shipping

Beckett grading fees are based on the declared value and service level chosen.

Secure Shipping:

Submissions are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit to Beckett.

Beckett is not liable for delays or damages caused during shipping by courier services.

By selecting CGC as your grading option, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on their official website

CGC grading fees are calculated based on the declared value and tier of service chosen.

Secure packaging ensures the protection of your items during transit to CGC.

Liability:

CGC is not responsible for losses or delays caused by shipping providers.

Annex 10: Acknowledgment
By submitting this grading form:

You confirm that all information provided is accurate.

You agree to the terms and policies outlined by both BAMI and the selected grading service (PSA, Beckett, or CGC).

You confirm that payment has been successfully made to the designated BAMI bank account.
