Single Trading Card Purchase Policy
BAMI maintains a strict policy on single card sales to protect collector trust and ensure transparent transactions.
Terms of Sale

All single card sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for any single trading card, whether graded or ungraded, sport or non-sport.
Buyer Responsibility

Product listings include full condition details, rarity, grading status, and other relevant data.

Customers must review all information before completing a purchase.

Backorder and Preorder Fulfillment Policy
Orders containing items listed as preorder, backorder, or in transit are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once placed.
This applies to:

TCG Singles
-
TCG Sets, Boxes, and Cases
-
Manga, Comics, Dagashi (Japanese snacks)
-
Figures or model kits with factory seal removed
Always refer to the product stage noted on the item page or check the “How to Order” section for clarification.
General Return and Exchange Policy
BAMI accepts returns only on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and tags intact.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process

Once approved, BAMI will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

If damage occurred during transit, the customer may be required to file a claim with the carrier per BAMI’s logistics and fulfillment policy.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
If not received within 15 business days of confirmation, customers should contact BAMI for further assistance.
Fair Pricing Policy
To ensure transparency during early releases and preorder windows, BAMI follows strict fair pricing procedures.
Preorder Pricing Adjustments
In rare instances where a preorder item is listed above the final MSRP due to early distributor estimates, BAMI will:

Conduct a pricing review within 7 business days from the MSRP confirmation.

Investigate global and local markets to determine the appropriate adjustment.
Resolution
If the confirmed MSRP is lower than the preorder price:

Affected customers will receive the difference via BAMI Gift Card, valid for 7 days from issuance.

The credit can be used only on in-stock products (stage: “in warehouse”).
-
It is not applicable to preorder, backorder, or in-transit products, if occurred and balance have been used on not applicable items, the used balance aren't refundable.

This policy is not a general price-matching promise. It applies only when BAMI’s original pricing is found to differ from the manufacturer’s confirmed MSRP.
Preorder Cancellation by Manufacturer
In the event a preorder is cancelled or discontinued by the manufacturer, or becomes unavailable due to distributor-side limitations, BAMI will:

Notify affected customers via the registered contact method.

Issue a full refund to same payment method used or store credit based on the latest BAMI announcement related to the specific product.
Refunds will be processed promptly once the manufacturer cancellation is officially confirmed and logged in BAMI’s internal system.
Allocations and MOQ Violation Policy
To ensure fair access to high-demand products, BAMI enforces strict allocation rules and quantity limits.
Purchase Limits

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and purchase limits are specified on product pages or official communications.

These limits are designed to prevent bulk hoarding and unauthorized resale.
Violation Handling

Orders exceeding the published limit may be partially or fully cancelled.

Repeated or intentional violations may result in account restrictions or future purchase blocks.
Monitoring Criteria
BAMI may use the following to detect violations:

Name and email address

Shipping and billing address

IP address and device type

Frequency and timing of orders

Payment method used
Attempts to bypass limits by using multiple accounts, repeated or split orders will be flagged and processed as a violation.
Refunds for Violations
Refunds for cancelled items due to allocation or MOQ violations will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Loyalty Program Use Policy
BAMI’s loyalty program is designed to reward customers with credit redeemable on eligible purchases.
Redemption Rules

Loyalty points are only valid for in-stock items marked as “in warehouse”.

They cannot be redeemed for preorder, backorder, or in-transit products.
Terms and Restrictions

Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be converted or withdrawn.

Any misuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity may result in points being revoked and the account restricted.

BAMI reserves the right to amend the loyalty program terms at any time without prior notice.
